An inspection is a "snapshot" of a facility on the day and time of the inspection.
The facility is in violation of the applicable section of the Pennsylvania Food Code when the Compliance Status is OUT. If OUT is in red, the violation is a Risk Factor that is considered to have a potential health risk.
The number of Risk Factors noted at the top of the inspection report are the number of individual violations found in the Risk Factor categories.
